I can’t believe that Christopher Reeve, the Superman has just died.
I grew up on the superman movies and like Sean Connery with 007, Reeve will always be Superman in my book.
Rest in peace my friend and thank you for the pleasure of knowing you a while.

May his soul rest in peace. And may his family and close ones be comforted in their time of loss.
Maybe it’s just me, but two things jumped out at me as being rather ironic.
Irony #1: At Friday’s presidential debate, the question of stem-cell research came up, and John Kerry mentioned Christopher Reeves in his response in full support of stem cell research. Between Reeves and President Reagan, the movement has two popular celebrity poster-children that have succumbed to frailties that stem-cell research claims to give us more insight into cures and therapies.
Irony #2: If you click on the link that Mahmood has provided, Reeves looks more like Lex Luthor than Clark Kent….
