Some of them would be useless to you (e.g. - my plugin for importing posts from "israblog", a popular Israeli blogging platform). Some would be very useful (Tom's above mentioned pluging). The platform also has some (I think BiDi related) changes to the actual wordpress code, beside translating the PO files, so I think it best if you send me your email and I'll see how best to merge the efforts. Also, if you have not already done so, do check out http://www.arabeyes.org/. Shachar The Hebrew version has RTL themse (several), and some other plugins.
