Glad to hear you fixed your computer. See if you used Linux at home, you probably wouldn’t have as many troubles with it.

In any client servicing business (no, I don’t mean customer service, I mean client service), the hard part is not creating a time-management system, it’s managing client demands so that they don’t disrupt whatever system you want to implement. They tell us that they’ll go elsewhere next time if you can’t give them their job by tomorrow morning, but a lot of the time that’s not true, or if they do they’ll often come back. But you probably know all this. For me, it was just a case of constantly reminding myself.

Mahmood, I recommend you David Allens’s “Getting Things Done” (GTD) book, it is worth reading.
