But today I discovered that RedHat’s bunlded XMMS player doesn’t play mp3 files due to patent issues. If you want to get it to play, get xmms-mpg123-1.2.7-21.i386.rpm and install it (rpm -ivh xmms-mpg123-1.2.7-21.i386.rpm) and you’re set!
