Bats!, originally uploaded by malyousif. Had four (yes FOUR) bats flying around the garden at dusk today. Attempted to shoot them, and did with a lot of prayer and just pointing the camera and squeezing the shutter when I thought they were in view 😉

Rangoon Climber, originally uploaded by malyousif. So happy that this climber has finally decided to flower after being moved from a pot and placed into the ground. It’s got healthy growth now (yes, even in this heat) and these are the first flowers we get on this plant.
The only two limes to fruit on my lime tree (thought it was lemon, but no!).
