We had an unbelievable downpour of rain over the last couple of weeks. Today, the Heavens opened up about 4 times and each time it was raining harder and more than the last session. This was shot about an hour ago against a bright floodlight and gives you an idea of how much it was pouring…

I also like to go into muddy puddles during rain in a 4X4 which isn’t very soothing.

I also love the rain. As a rancher in the arid Southwest we prayed for rain daily and even though we no longer own the ranch I still appreciate how much it means to those who feed us.

Rain is a truly a blessing. Our desert lands need to be revived again.
