The family are back at last… but suffering a bit from jet lag. I however wake up habitually now at 5 or 5.30. As I decided to take the day off and spend it with them, and I didn’t have the heart to shake them awake at that time, I took my camera and went out in the garden!

Very nice photos. The plants especially remind me of a garden I used to live at, when I was in hotter climes. The palm, bouganvillea, (is that aloe the dragonfly is on?), and the lantana (orange flowers) all bring back memories… it’s invigorating to spend a morning in the garden.

what a great set of photos, you must have a great garden. I imagine it is a very relaxing place! I never realised that Bahrain has such a rich biodiversity!
