Torture charge Bahraini jailed

A Bahraini man was jailed for three months yesterday after being convicted of torturing a Bangladeshi employee. The sentence will be suspended if the 26-year-old fish trap maker pays a BD300 fine. He had been charged with assault and injuring the worker, the Lower Criminal Court heard.
