No matter how you look at it, it’s sick
Vegetarianism’s the only way. The difference between what the Japanese are doing and what the rest of the world does is that these guys do the slaughtering in public, while the rest of the world keeps it hidden away in slaughter houses. Plus the Japanese make the mistake of eating those animals the rest of the world considers pets (cats/dogs/gold fish).

you’re right of course, we tend to disassociate the food we eat from the animals killed. Ask any child where a burger is made and he’ld tell you the supermarket! I bet that had a put a picture of a cow being slaughtered it will gain the same reaction as the picture of the poor dolphins…
