Bahrain’s infatuation with “nice” numbers continues unabated. Now we have Abdulla Al-Hammadi offering the ultra-sexy 9111119 for an ultra-cheap price of only BD 5,000 (US$ 13.2k)!
Any takers? Fools need to remember that they’ve got to add a number 3 in front of that number which destroys it doesn’t it? I mean it’s not symetrical any more, so the new price must be substantially less, right?

Well yes But: 3 times 3 = the first and last numbers (9). There are 5 ones iin the number which is just one short of 6 which is itself 2 times 3! And the total number of digits (not counting the first digit, 3) is 7 which is just one more than 2 times 3! And if you count the first digit 3 then the total length of the number is 2 plus (2 times 3) which is why the digit 2 is significant! And if you add up all the digits of the number (except the prefix 3) you get 23 which is significant because you have the digits “3” and “2”! Spooky eh?
Hope that clears it up.

Oh yeah, Toronto…
I meant to tell you… when I was in Toronto earlier this month, my friend and I went to dinner and a show at Medieval Times. It’s a totally silly evening, full of jousting, and eating with your hands, but your kids might like it. (It’s family-friendly.) We had a good laugh, and the food was pretty good too.

Everytime I buy a Batelco pre-paid phone card, I scrach the card hoping that such a number is revealed. Its like winning the lottery!! There was so much corruption in the old system though. I dont know if it still exists but if you had a contact in Batelco they could get you one of these numbers.

who would want to pay 5 thousand beeds for a phone number.. I think it’s up to the sane people on this island to call this moron on his fantastically stylish number and remind him, on a daily basis, how much of an idiot he really is… what I think is even worse is the guy that sells these numbers for a living.. Talk about a lazy lucrative profession.. I don’t know if I’m pissed off or if I’m jealous..

a “fantasically STYLISH number?” Any number with “911” isn’t all that stylish to Americans…. (like me). It’s not a “patriotic” number either. I find it an insult. How about we just start painting swastikas everywhere and call that “stylish” and pay huge amounts of money for them?
I’ll sell you several versions for just a few thousand dollars…..
OR, how about a phone number like:
726-364-4437
that spells out:
S-A-N-D-N-I-G-G-E-R
Incredibly stylish and worth thousands I’m sure.
and people wonder why this human species is destroying itself…
Re: Fools rush in…
The big question is not why or should this number be for sale. The real question has anyone PURCHASED it? Anyone have an answer to that one?
