Light a candle

I just got this text message from my eldest daughter Amna, please pass it along:

Tonight the whole world is lighting a candle by a window in memory of the russian children. Please pass this one on.

Amna Al-Yousif

I have done so. Please consider doing the same.

May they rest in peace and the animals that brought them this most horrid and untimely death, eternal damnation.

    From the Gulf News:

    By Mazen Mahdi
    Special to Gulf News

Russian Ambassador Yury Antonov said that the cables and messages were touching and encouraging for the Russians as they continue their fight against terrorism.

His comments were made during the signing ceremony of the condolence book that was opened yesterday at the embassy premises in Zinj for the public.

    Will do.

(Do keep your candles safely away from the curtains and wallpaper folks!)

There will be at least one candle lit in Qatar.

May Allah grant the victims and their families peace and comfort. Ameen.

i will light a candle. but i dont wish eternal damnation on the guys who committed these crimes. i am actually going to pray for salvation there too. For every lost and miserable soul who contemplates suicide bombing, or hostage taking, or terrorism – I am going to pray that there is a critical mass of love, or morality or conscience that is triggered in their brains and souls and allows them to question, and subsequently, contradict the very actions that they are being asked to do by a morally bankrupt and corrupt leadership.

As we say in Arabic, inshallah allah yahdeehum.

Most of the murderers of school children are dead and ready to stand before God for their judgement. If you are a believer in God then you know His justice will be perfect and I am content to leave it in his capable hands. He knows what to do.

    Re: Light a candle

Your verse is an URBAN LEGEND. It does not exsist.

I would have hoped by now this Urban Legend would have died out. However you are correct that Mahmood is a good friend.

OK, the verse number11 of chapter 9 in the Quran says:
    11. But (even so), if they repent, establish regular prayers, and practise regular charity,- they are your brethren in Faith: (thus) do We explain the Signs in detail, for those who understand.
    ———-
And, may Allah help the victims family to be strong enough to overcome this big loss.
And, about the comment of ‘eternal damnation of the guys’..
once this poet said, I cant remember the name, probably W.H. Auden, said in one of his poems..

The following verse is from the Koran, (the Islamic Bible)

Koran (9:11) – For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a
fearsome Eagle. The wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the
lands of Allah and lo, while some of the people trembled in despair
still more rejoiced; for the wrath of the Eagle cleansed the lands of
Allah; and there was peace. (Note the verse number!)

PS I checked this verse; Koran: Replace evil with good.

Mahmood, You are a good friend.

    Re(1): Light a candle

But their Chechnyan commanders still live and are undoubtedly recruiting more terrorists to do the same. Their Wahhabi spiritual guides are still urging them to kill more. Their Saudi financiers are still sending them money to buy more guns and bombs to repeat and extend their murderous deeds.

If I were you, I’d buy candles by the box. You’ll need ’em.

  13. Man of God

The time will come when the infidels are subjectes to brimstone and hellfire. Can you all not see the foolishness and fakery of your gods? Join Christ the True God before it is too late. I have pity on your souls. The Rapture comes sooner than you know.

  14. mahmood

Ooooh look, a Christian extremist! Excellent!! So we (Muslims) don’t have exclusive rights to THAT one! Brilliant!

  15. Man of God

I am no extremist. I am but a man who does not wish to see his brothers burn.. Spread your wings and fly, join the church of the true God. In the Lord you will find peace and harmony. With Allah there is nothing but chaos.. Look at your brothers in the Middle East, killing randomly instead of trying to help. Is that the way of salvation? When was the last time a Christian “extremist” kidnapped your brother Muslim and slit his throat? When was the last time a Christian “extremist” used an IED to destroy a bus with 30 people riding it? But when was the last time your fellow Muslim committed these acts? Christianity wants but to help and save you from Lucifer. Fall not into his arms. Ask Jesus into your heart.

Can you still find the rock you crawled from under? Yes, the one that is still surrounded by slime? Good, now lift, and crawl back under it and don’t bother coming back out.

  17. Jared in NYC

Hey there Man of God, glad to see there’s someone out there speaking for all of Chritianity.

I happen to be a Jooo. Could I ask your vengeful, hellfire spewing, invisible man in the sky to allow me to toast my my smores – ref: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/S'mores – on your burning muslims?

    Thanks,
    Jared

  18. Man of God

Mahmood – If you are going to *attempt* to insult me, it would be nice if you had the courtesy to first answer my legitimate questions. Secondly, I don’t believe I’ve done anything but try and save a few souls from eternal damnation. Jared – your god is visible? Jesus walked among your people, healing the sick and the lepers, yet you would mock him. Wait, infidel, and see. As you attempt to enter the Pearly Gates and the Lord turns him away, I will pity you. This is my last message on this unholy site. Heed my words.
