Our heartfelt condolences to the people of the Emirates, the Gulf and the Arab world for the passing of a great man, whose shadow will forever provide safe havens to the subjects who knew him.
I am sure that the whole of Bahrain will mourn his passing. He had a tremendous influence on these islands, its rules and people.

Baba Zayed, the father of UAE
it has been three years since your death, today i tried thinking about you without tears, and I failed. I am missing you so much, everytime I pass behind your masjed in AbuDhabi, I cry. I grew up understanding that this is Zayed’s UAE, Zayed’s flag, it was so hard the whole UAE cried after you, and still doing.
