I am sure Airf had a blast! Did you take the Porsch for spin as well?

You wouldn’t believe it. I did take the Porsche out this morning and ALMOST arrived at the track, actually just off the turning into the track I lost the gears! I think the plastic washer broke at the bottom of the stick-shift so that I lost 1, 2, 5 and reverse! I had to nurse it back home on just 3rd and 4th. Painful, but we made it.

I’ll take it to the garage to get fixed this week, then I’ll try again for the next open day on Feb 25th, 2 days after my birthday!

O what a SHAME! I hope it is a plastic washer and not anything major on the repair front. Then again better it happen BEFORE you are on the track doing 190 klicks and have something go wrong.

man…i wish I had have known…I would have tried to take part, even though I’m not a very experienced driver (only 2 months) and its expensive! I didnt see many adds for it, was it busy? How much does it cost to take your car out (or borrow a car)?
