The third round of the Bahrain National Drag Racing Championship, organized by the Bahrain Drag Racing Club (BDRC), takes place this coming weekend – May 18 and 19 – at the Bahrain International Circuit.
The championship has so far created a huge level of interest throughout the GCC and Bahrain. Dozens of cars took part in the pre-qualifying event, the test and tune held earlier this month.
Hundreds will roar their engines on May 18 for the qualifying session that will begin at 7pm and run until 11pm. The highly anticipated race on Thursday May 19 will be a fierce one consisting of four categories: Street, Super Street, Pro Street and Pro.
The race will start off at 7pm. Doors will be open for both events at 6pm.
