It’s time for a change:
We have adopted a name more in tune with our main activity in the market! What was trading before as Computer Point has now changed to Gulf Broadcast & Professional Systems [GBPS]. The legal status of the company has changed as well from an establishment to a Single Person Company with limited liability and a paid up capital of BD 50,000 ($133k).
Mahmood Al-Yousif continues to own and operate the company. There has been no changes in staff or their positions. Sudheer Narayanan continues to be the Technical Manager, while Sangeetha Pereira handles the administrative, accounts and office management issues. A business development manager will join our staff soon and we shall announce his details and responsibilities soon.
We have put in an aggressive plan to grow the business, the start of which is the adoption of a more appropriate name for what we actually do, and look forward to our mutual continued growth in this market.

I hope this name change spells the end of us getting calls asking for “the last price” on printer cartridges and memory upgrades!

Now it has this reagional thing going on, and the acronyms make it sound sophisticated. Good job re-branding, abu arif.
