We continue the fun with this last piece of news from me before I go to bed (yes I’m old!):
Bahrain’s General Directorate of Nationality, Passports and Residence is warning people who entered Bahrain on special F1 visas that it is now time to go home – or face legal action. It seems that there are hundreds of people unaccounted for at the moment and the GDNPR is warning that anyone who helps the illegal immigrants in Bahrain will also be liable for prosecution. Visas for the event expired on April 15. If caught the illegals will face six months in jail, a fine of $1300 or both. It seems that most of the missing visitors are women.
Any guesses what they’re up to? Which nationlities? And where one would find them?

I dont know what to say but then arent our goverment who allowed it in the first place, so we should calculated the consequences before the action as every modern nation if we are offcourse.

I would bet that there are quite a few illegal immigrants in Bahrain. A country can be judged by the amount of people trying to flee or enter.

The only thing I can really think off is prostitution, but yet again it depends on who actually came in the country. Free visa workers, don’t think so, cause such an event is expensive for them.
