Lesson of the day “Do one thing at a time” and “multitasking works only in some areas”

It reminds me of an aircraft accident long ago in Nevada where witnesses, fishermen I think, saw a twin engine light aircraft flying erratically at low level a few minutes before it crashed. The accident board found that it was a controlled flight into terrain, ie pilot error, the pilot flew it into the ground. When the bodies were autopsied, the pilot’s johnson was absent. After much searching, they found it in his female passengers mouth.

I thought they should have included a warning about this in the flight manual, but for some reason they left it out.

Of course QC! But you have to download the picture and upload it to your blog, as I’ve turned off hotlinking to preserve bandwidth. Do provide a link back to this article though if you don’t mind.
