The plants in the xeriscaped garden outside my house continues to flourish. I took this picture this morning as I noticed the wonderful buds starting to form on a very healthy looking Devil’s Tongue Barrel (Ferocactus latispinus). Have a look at these for its previous flowering. The almost plastic looking yellow and red flowers are simply stunning.
