One look at the photos and I know this has to be your brother, Maasha’Allah! And Laura is a beauty — women undergo torture for eyelashes like that! I love it when babies are those compact little bundles wrapped tightly in a blanket like a sausage. She’s a cutie 😉

An aside, but why did you use the word “twit”? In American English at least, “twit” is a mild vulgurism and would never be used as an endearing term, which seems to be its use above.

In English English it’s indeed used sometimes to indicate a less than thoughtful person, an anoyance and suchlike, but it also depends on the context it is used in, in this case it is a term of endearment!

Thank you PM. Yes I can’t believe that my little brother is not so little any more, and even with children of his own! I remember him crawling around the living room ripping up newspapers and magazine and then crawling away at the speed of light!
Now he’s got two of his own, with Laura especially reminding me of him when he was her age!
Makes me sound ancient I know!

Oh they are ecstatic! Just like everyone else in the family.
I did have pictures of them in one of my other sites which I have removed because I don’t have time looking after more than one. I did save the pictures though and will put them up again probably, but I’m just waiting for the Xaraya gallery module to come out first. I don’t fancy adding a few hundred pictures manually!
