As you already know, I’m off to Dubai tonight, so in keeping with our traditions, here’s this time’s MtvSM:
eMoodz
From now until I return Wednesday night, Mohammed Al-Maskati is the source of ALL evil in the world, he is to blame for everything that happens in and out of Bahrain. If your website is broken, it’s his fault, if your “fast” ADSL connection to the internet courtesy of Batelco is slower than dialup of 10 years ago it’s his fault, if your car won’t start it’s his fault, if your wife caught you cheating with the neighbour’s poodle it’s his fault (even more his fault if you’re caught cheating with the neighbour!) if you fail your exam it’s his fault, if you don’t get that promotion you so richly deserve it’s his fault, if you get caught in one of those fashionable demonstrations on your way home it’s his fault, if the Ministry of Electricity tries to embezzle BD80,000 of your hard won money to pump more electricity to your factory without which you cannot grow (knowing that outlay will hurt your operations for at least a couple of years) rather than use an alternative that won’t go beyond BD 15,000 with the result that the factory leaves the island and leaves more than 40 families without a job for their bread-winner, of course it’s his fault!
See ya!

Thank you Mahmood for pointing it out, for it is ALL my fault:
– It is my fault that Silver did not like the meeting, it is my fault that she thinks that we westernized unpunctual unopened group.
– It is my fault that the government forces used expired tear gas bullets against the protesters in seef last Thursday.
– It is my fault that hundreds of local institutions are spending hundreds of thousands of Dinars on useless, futile billboard ads showing the king and praising the government.
– It is my fault that the loyal citizens of this country will be celebrating “Martyrs Dayâ€? on December the 17th only for more demonstrations and rage.
– It is my fault that a retard like Sa’eedi can go out in public, cursing a religious group and still go out unpunished, without even a slap on the hand.
– It is my fault that our MPs would get more than 2 million BD in awards to be distributed throughout 2006, which includes a car allowance of BD 500 even that they were given actual luxury car in the beginning at the term.
– It is all my fault that the government and the so called opposition movement is exchanging accusations as to who wrecked the cars, whether or not Mr. Moosa was actually kidnapped and attacked, and the fact that those arrested and are under the age of 18 were not treated as juveniles.

It’s all your fault I have an 8 page paper due tomorrow for which I didn’t even start yet. It’s all your fault that it’s snowing and freezing! It’s all your fault that I still haven’t won a $1,000,000,000 lottery. Shame on you eMoodz.

Well, you can’t take all the blame. It’s my fault that I have not fought harder for democracy and freedom.
That changed yesterday!
Don’t forget December 7th and what it caused to happen across the world.

eMoodz,
It’s quite obviously your fault that I have so much work to do, much like it’s your fault that it’s so damn cold here. Furthermore, it’s your fault that I have managed to get yet another cold this month. While I’m at it, I should like to point out that it is your fault that London transport is so rubbish. That I’m not a multi millionairess yet. That I can’t find the shoes I really want. That I haven’t had enough sleep… ok enough for now I guess.
Re: Mahmood’s Den scapegoat of the Moment > eMoodz!
It is definitely your fault that I hardly slept last night because of your very rude comment which brought on cramps to my back. WALLAH!
This is TRUE.. mo qa3daa atbalaa 3alaayk..
When did I say that you were an unopened group?!!!
I am VERY happy that your are the scapegoat this time. 😀 😀 Perfect timing 😉
Silver declares war against emoodz and encourages everyone to blame him from hair loss to Saddam’s crimes. 3aaalykum bah
-Devilish silveroo 😀
Re(1): Mahmood’s Den scapegoat of the Moment > eMoodz!

I blame eMoodz for the failure of the SETI project to contact intelligent life in outer space. I blame eMoodz for the lack of intelligent life here on Earth as well!!!!
I blame eMoodz for stale popcorn at the movies, and in some countries that shall remain nameless – wink, wink, say no more – the complete LACK of movies, stale or otherwise.
I blame eMoodz for the death of Sirius Black (book five) and now Dumbledore (book six). Next it will be little Harry, you monster.
I blame eMoodz for bad sushi in the Australia, bad vegemite in Sweden, and really bad lutefisk in Japan.
I blame eMoodz for the creation of the world’s most useless color of nail polish – yingyang green – and the fact my sister bought a bottle 27 years ago as an impressionable teenager.
Mahmood’s Den scapegoat of the Moment > eMoodz!
eMoodz, it’s your fault that juveniles are taking place in things that are the concern of adults.
It’s your fault that I have a strict deadline to meet at work, but you glued me to your blogs which is endless fun!
It’s your fault that I got overcharged for taking my car to service.
It’s your fault that I was downgraded on a Goddamn Gulf Air flight while on a business trip >< It's your fault that Gulf Air sucks. It's your fault that Bahrainis are heavily loaned to banks. It's your fault that jean luc piccard got stuck in a loophole on the other side of the universe. I blame you for everything that's going on in Bahrain and the world and the universe altogether.
Mahmood’s Den scapegoat of the Moment > eMoodz!
It is your fault eMoodz that I was forced to sit next to someone on a flight to the US that didn’t know the meaning of the concept of personal hygiene. It is also your fault this person was FRENCH as well. Thanks a lot pal. I will remember this slap in the face!

It is your fault eMoodz that Michael Jackson’s $330 million debt was paid. Not only is that a slap to the face of Bahrainis who actually work to pay their own debts rather than have their rich sheik friends do it for them, but it means he gets to keep his hands on the Beatles catalog longer…and that ain’t right 🙂

Exsqueeze-em moi? Jackson bought the Beatles Catalog. He owns it. At least one former Bealtle with the initials of P.M. who had the chance to purchase the catalog didn’t. So your idea that MJ has no right to own the catalog is wrong. He as every right. It is called FREE ENTERPRISE.
Now please provide a reference for someone paying off MJ’s debt. This I have not heard. It may be Emoodz’s fault but it is not a slap in the face to anyone in Bahrain other than MJ himself for not being able to keep control of his own finances.
He’s off the hook
I’m back in Bahrain and am in the office, so eMoodz is off the hook, not that he was on it at all it seems as he got of VERY lightly indeed. What happened to you guys? Can’t rip people up any more?
Missed a chance there…

I’m well aware he did and in retrospect, “slap in the face” may have been too strong an expression, but think about it: if he gets preferential treatment over Bahraini citizens, given certain current events, wouldn’t that be a bad thing (and not eMoodz’s fault ;)? Paul told MJ, in the strictest confidence, that he planned to buy the rights back for himself and John’s family (seeing how the Fab Four were barely out of their teens when they signed the contracts and denied them the royalties they earned). MJ went behind Paul’s back and bought them using the insider info he’d gotten and simply explained to be Paul “It’s just business”. Free Enterprise? Yes. Betrayal of a friend’s trust? You might say that. But when you look at it, the royalties from said catalog (as well as half of Sony’s) has gone to financing his paedophilic lifestyle (the debt comes from him using it as collateral to borrow millions, not to mention ), just as “Rock and Roll Part 2”, a song that’s gained popularity over the years by being played at sporting events, ended up providing Gary Glitter with funds to indulge in child porn in his later years (the idoiot was found out when he took his computer in for servicing but still had kiddy porn on his hard drive. He now may get the death sentence after he was caught in Cambodia I beieve…
As for proof, well, apart from an article that was linked from a discussion last week, nothing offical has been published. Though, would MJ, a noted liar (see the link below), allow such news to be public? He keeps denying he’s in any financial difficulty (despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary) and that anyone who calls him on that him is “ignorant”, “devilish” or whatever other childish expressions in his vocab. The due date for said debt was mid December, so he’s had a few months to try and con(vince) his royal hosts into keeping him in the black (hehe), otherwise he’ll just be another creepy guy with no money and a bad reputation. Also, whatever happened to that charity single he was supposed to release for the Katrina disaster? The ads for 2SeasRecords seem to have all but disappeared….
In conclusion: MJ sucks, Bahraini weather is strange and Jessica Alba is one foxy lady 🙂
